In 1991 and due to the progress achieved and the experience gained by the company in all fields related to trading and manufacturing agricultural crops, the company adopted a policy of opening new markets for both exporting and importing crops.
Al Amal has exported the best quality crops to all over the world; including Egyptian rice, white haricot, peanuts, corn, sunflower (plain and striped), coriander, and clover agriculture seeds. Some of the major countries are: England, Holland, Syria, Turkey, Pakistan, Belgium, Spain, and Poland.

In addition, Al Amal has supplied the local Egyptian market with its demands for agricultural crops which are not completely fulfilled compared to their consumption levels. This has been achieved by importing the crops needed from their producing countries. Crops included: black bean, lentils, cowpea, white haricot, lupine, corn, popcorn, and other demanded crops. Some of the importing countries are: Australia, china, England, France, Chile, Argentina, USA, Turkey, Syria, and Burma.

Due to the on-going growth of investing in Egyptian agricultural crops' trading and manufacturing, and the experience gained in the field, the company has risen its capital for the year 2005 to become an Egyptian joint stock company under the name : Al Amal Co for Agricultural crops.
The company is specialized in 3 fields:

1. Trading and marketing for agricultural crops inside A.R.E .
2. Exporting agricultural crops to all over the world, and importing and marketing for the ones that do not cover the consumption level in Egypt.
3. Manufacturing Egyptian rice through the rice mill founded for exporting purposes.
